You’re moving out of a home supplied by Good Energy. The best way to notify us of this is in your online account, in Settings > Move Out. Unfortunately this feature isn’t yet available in our mobile app.

If you’d prefer to notify us via email, please email hello@goodenergy.co.uk. Please provide the date you moved out, your supply address, and your final meter reading.

We’d love for you to re-join Good Energy at your new address. When you’ve completed your move, you can sign up with us again here.

We know that moving home is a busy time, so we’ve made it quick and easy for you to get set up on our Standard Variable Tariff (SVT) while you settle in. 

Set up your account  

Go to join@goodenergy.co.uk add your postcode and tells us more about you. 

Our SVT has no exit fees, leaving you free to switch tariff or provider once you’ve had time to explore your options. Recognised by Ofgem for providing more support for renewable generation, this tariff is exempt from the energy price cap but as a variable tariff the price can go up or down and vary depending on where you live.
