This is one station you do not want to come unprepared for\u2026 so make sure you try it out at least once before your race and invest in some grippy shoes! This movement targets the lower body muscles, including the entire posterior chain, core &amp; anterior thigh muscles in particular. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"ndc7\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-ndc7\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Sled Pull<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-ndc7\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>50m Sled Pull<\/p>\n<p>Get ready to use your glutes, back, biceps &amp; the entire trunk during workout station three <span class=\"__postbox-detected-content __postbox-detected-date\">&#8211; 50m<\/span> of Sled Pull.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"pe54\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-pe54\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Burpee Broad Jumps<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-pe54\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>80m Burpee Broad Jump<\/p>\n<p>Born in 1939, the fourth workout station is a full body workout that is both loved and hated at the same time.
